Ms. Clickner has served as a Senior Staff Mediator for the Pittsburgh Area Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission since 2012. In that capacity, Ms. Clickner has participated in and conducted hundreds of mediation sessions in a wide variety of civil matters, including employment law, civil rights, contract claims, and more. Previously, Ms. Clickner served as an EEOC Senior Trial Attorney. In that role, Ms. Clickner litigated numerous employment discrimination cases on behalf of the Commission in Federal District Courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as Ohio, Delaware, Virginia and New Jersey. Prior to her time with EEOC, Ms. Clickner worked as an associate litigator in a private law firm which specialized in employment law and civil rights litigation. Ms. Clickner’s practice included both individual and class cases against major international corporations, preeminent universities, medical centers, and governmental agencies. She has practiced at all levels of the federal judiciary, including a successful appeal to the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Clickner is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
