About Us
The Mediation Council of Western PA is a consortium of mediators from a wide array of professional backgrounds. Our memberships is made up of practitioners in fields as diverse as community mediation, business and commercial mediation, workplace mediation, education, bankruptcy, civil litigation, small business and family business disputes, victim/offender mediation, conflict among families over the care of elderly parents and over inheritance issues, and many other areas of interpersonal conflict.
Directory of Mediators
Mediators listed in the Directory are members of the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania. They attest to participation in continuing mediation education and/or peer group, achievement of an advanced degree or equivalent, and completion of training in mediation theory and practice.

Membership in the MCWP comes with several benefits, including six roundtable discussions about current mediation topics each year, a listserv to discuss mediation topics, and social and networking events to connect with your fellow mediators. You also can receive a free listing on our Directory of Mediators if you meet certain requirements.
