“Discussion:  Revisiting The Ethics of Mediator Proposals”

Join us for our first roundtable discussion of 2026, which will be held   on February 9, 2026, 6:00 pm at The Conflict Lab.  We are excited to have Carole Katz, Esquire facilitating the discussion on the recent American Bar Association Formal Opinion 518, “A Lawyer’s Duties to Avoid Misleading Communications When Acting as a Third-Party Neutral Mediator.” As always, there will be the opportunity to receive 1 CLE Ethics Credit.
