I bring over 15 years of leadership experience across higher education, finance, technology and public-sector environments. I am a U.S. Army veteran with a strong background in organizational leadership, compliance, and systems-based problem solving. My work centers on workplace mediation, conflict resolution, consulting, training, and education, grounded in trauma-informed and restorative practices. I hold an MBA in International Business and a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Compliance from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. I am a Certified Community Mediator and a Certified Racial Equity Consciousness Facilitator through the University of Pittsburgh RECI Program, committed to fostering equitable, accountable, and respectful workplace cultures.
