Amanda Cook, Esq. will facilitate a conversation about the various elements of an opening statement in the mediation process. She will talk about the do's and don'ts, the different interests and needs of the parties and different considerations mediators have when making opening statements. This will be a great opportunity for new mediators to gain some knowledge about how experienced mediators formulate their opening statements.
